Sign up for one of our E-Commerce Hosting Plans
Put in a request for a MIVA Site Migration by going to our Get a Quote online form.
Give our support staff the following information:
- FTP information to your current web host.
- MIVA Merchant Admin username and password.
- List of any 3rd party modules that you have installed.
- The MIVA Merchant version that you are using at your current web host.
- The version that you wish us to install for you.

All MIVA Merchant site migrations take between 3-5 business days depending if all needed information is provided by client. Migration does not include fixing html errors, setting up online forms, setting up email accounts, checking links, setting up shipping modules, payment modules or any 3rd party modules.

All MIVA Shopping Carts need to have a regular MIVA Tune Up. Store owner may perform Tune Up.
